6x1600 slitting line is to slit metal coils of max 1600mm width and 0.6-6.0mm thickness.

 The main composition of the slitting line: coil loading car, decoiler, coil head guide and shoveler, pinch-feeder and leveler, Hole accumulator(1), side guide, disc shearer, scrap reeler, hole accumulator(2), tensioner and pre-separator, separator and recoiler, and discharging car.

With continuous layout of whole line and solid structure of each unit, the slitting line can precisely and automatically slit coil and recoil sub coils.

Coils: carbon steel, galvanized steel, Inner diameter: 508mm, 610mm, 760mm; outer diameter 2000mm, max weight: 30T

Coil loading car: 3KW cycloid motor x 4000mm distance travel, Φ200 x 700 hydraulic cylinder for 30T

Double-mandrel decoiler: Φ140×75mm expansive cylinder, Φ125×1100mm for moving cylinder

  mandrel expansion diameter 508mm, 610mm, 760mm to adapt to coils' inner diameter

Coil guide and shovel: 4KW traction motor, traction wheel Φ300×500mm, shovel cylinders: up-down Φ140×400mm, back-forward Φ63×400mm.

pinch-feeder and leveler: AC 37kw for pinch-feeding and leveling, Φ160 x 1700 40Cr HRC55-56 pinch feeding roller

Side guide: Φ120 x 125 vertical roller, three pairs, press roller Φ150 x 1700mm,Φ80x100 cylinder,  adjust range: 300-1600mm

Disc shear: D380×d260×T25mm

Disc knife material: 6CrW2Si, HRC 58-60
